Wedding Wishes #2

Hello friends!  Thanks for joining me today!

If you followed my post from the other day, you saw that we are on a roll as far as weddings go!  I thought I should get a jump on the creation of wedding cards so I created this one using the stamp set from the Floral Phrases bundle.  The last project I shared can be found by clicking here.  That project showcased more of the framelits rather than the stamps; today I focus on the stamps!

I decided to use our new Sweet Sugarplum ink and cardstock as the basis for this project.  It is layered with Wild Wasabi and our silver foil sheets using the Banner Framelits!  Of course what would an elegant project be without a lace paper doily?!!  It was finished off using our silver 1/8" ribbon!

Make sure to check back!  I am working on wedding invitations for a bride to be!!

Wedding Wishes

Hey everyone!

For years we have not known anyone who has gotten married or even attended a wedding!  Seems that is all changing!  Just a few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending and bar tending at a wedding for my dear friend's (Lucy T.) son and his new bride Katie!  We had an awesome time and of course the wedding was beautiful!  Set in the serene woods of Woodstock, CT at the home of the groom's parents!  I thought I would share a bit of their wedding as well as the card that I created for them!

The card showcases my favorite new suite of products!  The Floral Boutique Suite!!!!  This suite contains stamps (Floral Phrases - 141767), Framelits (Floral Thinlits - 141482), DSP (Floral Boutique DSP - 141663), Washi Tape (Floral Boutique Washi - 141664), and coordinating Bakers Twine (141684)!  The stamps and framelits can be purchased in a bundle - Item# 142355 (Clear Mount) and I HIGHLY recommend that this is how you purchase it!

Wishing MANY years of health and happiness to Jonathan and Katie!

Mediterranean Highlights

Good Day Everyone!!

I am thrilled that you could join me for this incredible blog hop!  This month we are all sharing our exciting adventures through many cities and/or countries of Europe and the Mediterranean! Thanks to the loyalty and hard work of my customers and downline, I was afforded the opportunity to be part of this amazing journey!

My adventure began on May 20, 2016 when my husband and I left Boston, MA en route to Dublin Ireland.  Now don't get too excited...we didn't actually leave the Dublin airport!  (Being a school teacher I could only take a certain amount of day off!  Believe me, if I could have, I would have really extended this trip!!)

From Dublin it was off to Barcelona, Spain.  We were able to spend a day and a half on the front side and a day and a half on the back side of our trip here!  We loved Barcelona!  Great sites, food, and the beach! We particularly LOVED the outdoor/open air markets!  We've never seen anything like it!  We also had the pleasure of hanging with our best pals Dawn & Richard!!

After leaving Barcelona, we boarded the ship and set sail for three stops in Italy - Naples, Pisa, Rome as well as two stops in France - Cannes, and Marseille.  While in Naples, we climbed Mount Vesuvius (an active volcano!) and then headed to Pompeii where we were able to roam the ancient city destroyed MANY years ago by the volcano.

After Naples comes Pisa!  Of course we had to get some shots of us doing our part to make it stand upright!  The back end of our Pisa tour took us to Tuscany!  If anyone knows me you know that I couldn't leave without having gone to Wine Country!  Yup! We toured a winery and enjoyed some fabulous wines (7 to be exact) and pasta!!

On to Rome!  What would a visit to Rome be without touring the vatican and the Roman Coleseum?!  AMAZING!!!  Of course we visiting the Trev i Fountain and the Forum as well!

On to France!  I must say, my best meal was in Cannes France!  After enjoying several hours on the beach, I had the best spaghetti bolonaise I have EVER had! We sat outside at a little cafe and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch!

I could go on forever...but I'm sure you get the idea!  It was a trip of a lifetime!!  I again can not thank my customers, family, and downline for all of your loyalty and support!!  Until next time!

Patriotic Blog Hop

Good morning friends!  Welcome to the Stamper's Dozen Patriotic Blog Hop!  It has been a little over a month since you've last heard from us!  Many of us were celebrating a huge accomplishment (earning the Mediterranean Cruise) and were out of town for quite some time this month.  We are missing one of our regular hoppers as she is still traveling.  I am so glad you joined us and I hope you enjoy everything we have to share with you!  There certainly is no shortage of creativity here!

I'm sharing two projects with you!  The first is my patriotic pin wheels created with an old Paper Pumpkin kit!  If you are not a subscriber to the monthly Paper Pumpkin kit you are missing out!  Each month gets better and better!

The second project was actually created by one of my downline - Jan C.  I love it!  Nothing like the red, white, and blue!

Hop on over to Lee's page and let's see what she has for you!

2016-2017 Catalog Sneak Peek

Hello everyone!

Thanks so much for joining me today!  I would LOVE it so much if you would leave me a comment and tell me where you are visiting me from!  This month we are all so excited to share with you some sneak peeks into the 2016-2017 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalog!

For those of you that know me well, you know that pink is my absolute favorite color...especially when it is paired with basic black.  If you didn't know that about me....you do now!  I have created my project using the new DSP called "Pop of Pink" .  It is a specialty designer series paper.  There are two sheets with gold foil printing.  In addition to sharing my project, I am also including a picture of the DSP so that you can get a closer look!  I am also showcasing a fabulous stamp set available ONLY for hostesses!!  It is called "Time of Year".

Thanks so much for stopping by!!  PLEASE be sure to leave me a comment; let me know where you are from!  If you haven't gotten your new catalog yet, how about letting me be your demonstrator?  I could get one to you!!!
