Birthday Gift Card

Here is a very cute little card for when you have found or in our case, made, that special birthday gift and you need a card to accompany the gift. This card is a 3" x 6" piece of whisper white cardstock that is scored at 3". Mounted to the front is a 1-1/2" square piece of Bermuda Bay CS and a 1-1/4" square whisper white. The stamped image is from the set "Birthday Bliss" and reads: Hope your layers are many and your frosting is thick." It is colored with the 2009-2010 In Color Markers and adorned with a Crushed Curry Polka-Dot Ribbon.

Man's Night!!! December 4, 2009

Ok, so after listening to my customers tell me about how when it is their birthday or Christmas they don't get the gifts that they truly want, I decided that I could do something to turn this around for you.

I am going to hold my first "Annual" Man's Holiday Night! My wonderful husband, Paul, has graciously volunteered to help me with this event!! We will be serving man's favorite night time snacks....beer and chicken wings! LOL

What do you have to do??? Make a wish list of what you would like from the SU! cataglog(s), provide me with your husband or significant others contact info (email, phone #, etc.), plant the seed with him, and I will do the rest!

When: Friday, December 4, 2009
Time: 6:00 pm
Where: My House

Each husband/significant other will make you a special Christmas card and shop for the goodies on your list. I will wrap the purchases for them when they arrive and arrange for pick-up or delivery!!

So ladies, help me help you!! Get me your info ASAP and get your lists together! Paul and I are going to make this a fun night!

Today's samples also came from my recent "Kid's Class". I had originally planned for the boys to do pirates and the girls to do princess projects. To my surprise, the girls did NOT want to do pricess projects! Instead they chose to use the Stampin' Up! set called WOW FLOWERS. These are the cards that each of the gals made. This past week I had a surprise, special delivery from the cutest UPS man ever! This little guy is the son of one of my downline, Chrysty! He made a special delivery of Halloween candy to us at school! Just had to share him with all of you!
