Valentine with a funky fold......

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!!  I want to take a moment to reflect on 2012 and to stop and say a great big THANK YOU! to ALL of you!!  2012 was a great year for us.  I maintained my business, while holding down a full time job, home, and family.  Katelyn finished her Bachelor's Degree in December and was hired back at the Bank!  I have made some amazing new friends and had lots of opportunities to visit with many of my long-time friends!  I have had the opportunity to travel, courtesy of SU!, to San Antonio, Salt Lake City, Orlando, Las Vegas, and St. George!

Paul and I had the great fortune of being able to put almost 4,000 miles on our motorcycles during the year.  Best of all, God has given me the great health and happiness to carry on my SU! business!!

Today I am sharing a card with a fun fold that I made for one of my stamp club projects this month!  It is a Valentine that showcases brand new products from the Spring Mini Catalog - 2013.  The front of the card uses some DSP from the Amore collection as well as images from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set and framelit collections. The card itself is made from 12 x 12 cardstock.  The paper is cut 5-1/2" x 12" and it is scored at 1/2", 4", 4-1/2", and 8" (as shown in the photo above).  Using the Simply Scored Tool makes the scoring of this card really easy and accurate!  Be sure to use Sticky Strip to adhere the 1/2" fold to the card so that when you open it, it makes the "box" you see in the second picture.

If you have any questions about this card, or would like to host a party to make this with your friends, I'd LOVE to show you how!!!

It is a New Year!  Why not do something for yourself!  Sign up for one of my monthly clubs and come stamp with me!  You deserve a night out each month!!  Openings exist in the 1st Monday, 1st Thursday, and 4th Monday groups!  In addition, I am looking to get a Wednesday group going!  Anyone interested?????
